Payment Information

  • For training sessions and marketplace purchases: Credit/debit card details and billing address, collected and processed directly by our payment service provider Stripe, Inc.
  • For in-app subscriptions: Processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We receive confirmation of subscription status but do not receive your payment details.
  • We do not store complete payment card numbers on our servers.

Information We Collect Automatically

When you use JustHorse, we automatically collect:

  • Device Information: Model, operating system, unique device identifiers, mobile network information
  • Advertising Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (GAID on Android) and Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA on iOS)

  • Location Information: With your permission, approximate location and precise location during ride tracking
  • Usage Data: How you interact with the app, which features you use, content you view
  • Search History: Searches you perform within the app

You can access and update most of your account information directly within the JustHorse app:

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time through the Privacy section in app Settings or by contacting us at privacy@justhorse.com.
